Offering group training sessions with up to a maximum of 6 clients is a cost-effective and fun way to work out with family, friends, or colleagues. Exercising with others can be motivating and create a supportive environment, which can help you stay on track and achieve your fitness goals. Additionally, group sessions can provide a more social experience and can be a great way to bond with others while improving your health and fitness. By selecting up to 6 clients, you still receive personalised attention and coaching from our trainers while sharing the cost of the session with others, making it more affordable. However, it's important to note that group sessions may not be suitable for those with specific needs or goals that require more personalised attention. In such cases, one-to-one training may be more appropriate. Ultimately, it's important to choose the training option that best suits your needs and goals.
